#1 - Online Shopping Cart - (Easiest and safest method)
This is the easiest method for ordering. You pick the items you want to order, and the system automatically totals your order. Once you fill out state/postal code or country/postal code information, the correct shipping charge will be displayed, and upon your confirmation, the order will be processed. You will either log in or use PayPal to process and pay for your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after the completion of your order. The shopping cart system provides the newest technology in secure ordering to protect our customers against fraud. e are confident that your credit card number and personal information are highly secure. Our ordering system uses a "Secure Sockets Layer" (SSL) security system, widely accepted as the Internet security standard. Submitting your credit card number is encrypted, meaning your information is encoded and secure as it travels across the Internet. If you still hesitate to send your credit card number, you can always call us, and we can process your order over the phone.

IMPORTANT: PayPal will accept your credit card WITHOUT NEEDING TO SIGN UP WITH THEM.
Bypass the "Log In" section and click "Don't have a PayPal account "to use a credit/debit card or check.

#11 - When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Postal orders must be received by 4:30 p.m. EST, and FedEx orders must be received by 4:00 p.m. EST. These are our pickup times for both vendors.

We currently do not offer UPS Saturday Overnight delivery through the website. If you would like this option, you will need to phone in your order. Generally, Saturday delivery is roughly double UPS Priority Overnight.

We do not offer discount pricing for single orders. We base our discounts on volume pricing as we sell wholesale to many resellers. Discounts start at 20 or more parts per order.

We are a two-person business that tries to answer every time the phone rings. If we do not answer, please let the phone ring until the voicemail picks up and leave a message. We will get back to you!
